A. Here’s what is included when you buy the VIP FAST-LANE TICKET;

• VIP Fast-Lane Entry – Much faster entry from 50 Dunlop Street West (left of G.A. doors).

• VIP Balcony Area – You receive VIP credentials at the Fast-Lane entry doors providing you access to the VIP 2nd level balcony area with limited seating on a first come basis.

• Seasonal Coat Check – Faster service at the Free Coat Check.

• Premium Bar Service – A full service bar within the VIP balcony area with premium brands.

• BONUS Chances to Win the VIP Concert Experience Grand Prize which usually includes Autographed Swag, & Photo (Meet & Greet) with the headliner.

Q. How does Impact Live select these VIP Concert Experience winners? 

A. Good question and here is how…  First off, all online general admission purchases automatically enter you into the contest with one electronic ballot when you enter your information.  When you buy VIP Fast-Lane/Balcony tickets, you receive two electronic ballots, hence DOUBLE the chances to WIN the Meet & Greet Concert Experience!  The quantities of winners vary on a show to show basis, as part of the agreements with the Artists.
