BARRIE, ONTARIO, DEC.5th, 2010– John Derlis announces his resignation as President of TicketBreak after 6 years since its creation and one year since its acquisition by MapleCore for no reason other than his desire and love to produce and market major special events. John has decided to supercharge his original concert production company established in 1985 as “Impact Management Inc.” to the new and evolved “IMPACT LIVE” seen in beta mode with current day technology via https://www.impactlive.ca . John will always remain the founder and strong supporter of TicketBreak!
It is John’s intention to grow the IMPACT LIVE team, starting with Scott Knowles (Operations Manager), to become a multi-city event production company and media agency facilitating annual special events, artist tours and major festivals, while fulfilling advertising and sponsorship objectives for key corporate clients. “My plan is to buy entertainment in bulk - tours from the international marketplace, apply trade marketing secrets, and leverage all related suppliers in order to maximize viability resulting in more events in many non-conflicting cities” says John Derlis, who also has his expansion targets set south of the border. John currently resides in Barrie with offices in both Barrie & Toronto, but says “The City of Barrie will be blessed with ongoing world-class events due to strong media relationships, and its range of premier venues holding from 500-5000 including festival grounds exceeding capacities of 10,000 revelers”.
